Tray Rack/Platform Bike Rack,
previously available for all car
models supported by BIRD
In addition to our present Bike Rack offerings, prior to COVID we offered other rack additions to our Bicycle Racks. They could be added to the base Bike Rack or purchased individually. Because of COVID, supply chain issues, and business conditions, we no longer offer the the Tray/Platform Bike Rack.
Several variations of our Standard Rack are now offered to deal with especially tall bikes, eg. 29ers, as well as full suspension mountain bikes, road bikes and eBikes. There are now more than 2000 BIRD Standard racks on the road carrying all types of bikes securely without harm or damage.
As part of our normal order process, customers provide us with the year/make/model of their bikes, and we analyze to determine how the bikes would be carried on our Standard or eBike rack. Then we share a bike specific diagram with the customer to assist with initial adjustment of the rack and loading of the bike(s).
